Privacy Policy
RememberLast ("the App") is an offline-first last-done tracker developed by Avenzor. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your information.
Introduction
RememberLast helps you track when you last did everyday activities — such as watering plants, washing your car, or calling family. The App is designed to work entirely offline. Your data stays on your device unless you choose to export it.
Information We Collect
The App stores the following information locally on your device only:
- Activities you create (titles, optional notes, reminder settings)
- Categories you create (names and colors)
- Log entries (when you did an activity, optional notes)
- App preferences (such as light or dark theme)
All of this information is entered by you or generated by the App based on your use. We do not collect it on any server.
How Data Is Stored
Your data is stored locally using:
- SQLite database — activities, categories, and log history
- Shared preferences — theme and first-launch settings
The database file remains in the App's private storage on your device. We do not transmit your data to external servers.
What We Do Not Collect
RememberLast does not collect, request, or use:
- Personal accounts, sign-in, or authentication
- Name, email address, phone number, or contact lists
- Location data
- Device identifiers for tracking or advertising
- Usage analytics or crash reporting
- Photos, camera, microphone, or other media
The App works without an internet connection for its core features.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties.
The only way your data leaves your device is when you choose to export a backup. Export creates a JSON file on your device that you can share through another app you select (such as email or cloud storage). We have no access to exported files.
Third-Party Services
RememberLast does not integrate analytics, advertising, or cloud-sync SDKs.
The App uses platform file and share capabilities so you can back up or restore data when you choose. Those actions are initiated by you and handled by your device and the app you select for sharing.
Permissions
RememberLast requests no sensitive permissions on Android or iOS for its core functionality (such as location, contacts, camera, or microphone).
On some development builds, Android may include a network permission for Flutter tooling; the production App does not require network access for tracking your activities.
Data Retention and Deletion
Your data remains on your device until you delete it or remove the App.
You can:
- Delete individual activities or log entries inside the App
- Remove all App data by uninstalling RememberLast
Deleted data cannot be recovered unless you have kept a backup export.
Backup and Export
You may export your data as a JSON backup file and import it later on the same or another device. Backup and import are optional and user-controlled. Keep exported files secure if they contain personal notes.
Children's Privacy
RememberLast is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided information through the App, please contact us and we will help you remove it from the device.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
